Looking to buy a Kubota L4400DT W/BH750 3 point with industrial tires for $26895.New. Does this sound like a good deal? I'm looking for an all around machine with no whistles that will do some decent digging, i.e. footers, moving dirt etc. Lots of work on slopes. Is this a good machine? What are the shortfalls if any?

For what you listed I'd say it seems your main work will be digging and for the best performance I'd consider looking at the L-39 or a L-48 which can do that type work all day long.

I'm trying to stay under 30K for machine for the property. The L39-48's are a bit more. Would the L4400DT w/kubota FEL and BH750 backhoe be a good set-up? Not to be used commercially. Thanks. ....

The L-4400 is a good working unit and they have a good performance record.
A used L-35 low hours are normally under the 30,000 mark. ....

On the L4400 Kubota I'm told the BL4690B backhoe is no longer being produced for this machine and the BH-75 is not adaptable.A Woods backhoe is available, would this be the best route? Which model would you recommend? Thanks. ....
